Without active involvement from family and friends, Project Graduation would never realize its potential. 

Make a difference in the life of a graduate by volunteering for one of the opportunities below. *Please note this list is not conclusive.

          Social Media Consultant to manage website, facebook, twitter, etc....

         Construction/Electrical - assembly/creation/set up of  props, games, etc.  

____ Database: Keep logs of sponsorship donations, ticket purchases, volunteers, etc...

____ Decorations: Plan, create and put up decorations. Work with professional decorator. Work at home.

____ Entertainment: Plan and organize layout for games, activities and entertainment for the party.

____ Food: Solicit food from vendors for the party and volunteers. Plan and collect food/needed items. Serve food the night of the party.

____ Fundraising: Plan and execute fundraisers. Maintain records of fundraisers.

____ Photos/Video: Collect and organize photos of seniors to be used for senior/baby video,  memory lane and senior slide show. Plan and operate Photo-op (night of party). Prepare time capsule and graffiti wall.

____ Prizes: Collect prizes for graduates. Organize prize distribution. Work prize central night of the party.

____ Publicity: Collect project graduation information and produce parent newsletter. Mail Fall and Spring newsletter (with help from Party/Project Directors). Advertise and promote project graduation at LHS and the community.

____ Security: Work as security on site, night of party. Recruit volunteers to direct traffic and parking the night of the party.

____ Set-Up/ Help set-up and/or take down the party. Pick-up or return

         Take-Down: items to storage.

____ Sponsorship: Help solicit local sponsors for monetary donations.

____ Telephone: Call parents and committee members to notify of upcoming events and meetings.

____ Thank You: Write ‘thank you’ notes to contributors.

____ Tickets: Sell, collect and promote project graduation tickets. Keep a database of tickets purchased.

____ T-shirts: Help with ordering and selling of volunteer t-shirts for party. Hold student t-shirt design contest. Have student shirts printed. Distribute t-shirts to grads at graduation practice.

____ Volunteers: Help with volunteer coordination of committees and for the night of the party.

____ Welcome & Prepare name tags

          Check-In: prize/gift bags. 

          Check-out process.
